What is Kefir?
Kefir is a fermented milk drink. It is usually fermented from cow's or goat's milk with the help of milk kefir grains or a kefir fungus. This results in a pleasantly sour fermented milk drink. The fermentation of kefir usually takes no longer than 24 hours. After fermentation, the kefir grains are removed and reused as desired.

What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented refreshing tea drink. With the help of a kombucha culture, various sweetened tea varieties, such as green tea or black tea, are fermented. The kombucha fungus, also known as Scoby, is a community of various microorganisms, bacteria, and yeasts that metabolize tea and sugar into a delicious drink during fermentation. Depending on the culture and production method, different fermentation products are formed, which characterize the taste and composition of the kombucha.
